Prof James Richleau - £10,000 reward
Introduction

The Professor's Journal is a mystery game, but probably unlike any game you have ever played before, combining the best elements of a historically accurate background, real mysteries and a treasure hunt that ranges from England to the Middle East.

The mystery starts with a plea for help from a young woman, Rachel Richleau. Her father, James, a professor of medieval English history, has gone missing and she has good reason to believe that he is in great danger. The police are trying their best to help but don't seem to be getting anywhere. Finally, out of desperation, she is asking for your help and offering a reward of £10,000 to the first person who helps her find her father.

It all started with a mysterious set of ancient manuscripts sent to her father while he was writing a new history book about the crusades. He claimed that these provided clues to a date mystery that had been created by a 13th century churchman who he would only describe as 'our friend'. The first person to solve the date, object and place will uncover the mystery.

If you are willing to help Rachel she can send you her father's journal which she suspects provides other clues to the mystery and the details that surround it. This journal contains all her father's private research. Once he discovered that his life was in danger he sent it to Rachel for protection.
